What we collect. When you sign up or ask to be told when enrollment opens, we collect your name and email. For students we also keep what goes on the completion certificate: your name, the class, and the completion date. We collect nothing else.

Cookies & device storage. This site stores only your language and color preferences on your own device so the site remembers how you like it. We load no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no social media pixels.

Payments. Purchases are handled by our payment processor. Your card details go directly to them over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number.

What we do with your information. We use it to run your class, issue your certificate, and keep completion records so a certificate can be confirmed later. We email you about your class and — always with a one-click way to opt out — about the things an Idaho dealer needs from us on time: the annual renewal education and enrollment openings. That's it — never anyone else's offers.

How we contact you. We email you about your purchase, your class, and your certificate. Now and then we also tell you about related products from DealerPronto LLC, the company behind this school: the annual renewal class and the DealerPronto dealer software. You can stop those any time: reply to any email, write to info@idahodealerschool.com, or use the link in the email. We never sell or rent your information.

What we never do. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with ITD when it asks to confirm a certificate, and with the payment processor that handles your purchase.

Retention & your rights. We keep completion records because a certificate may need to be confirmed years later. Email info@idahodealerschool.com any time to see what we have about you. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete or anonymize your account and contact details. We keep only the state-required course-completion and certificate record, and the payment records we need for tax and accounting. Nothing else survives the request.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we keep what we collect to a minimum so there is little to lose.

Children. This site and our class are for adults pursuing an Idaho dealer license and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes. If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting current students get an email.
